FIRST RACE
Predictor says: Here we have that strange distance of seven and
one-half again now it's a question of SATAN'S SONG carrying her speed
this far. LOVE STORM has the stamina coming off those routes and will
be the strong challenger late.
SECOND RACE
Predictor says: Can't knock who HOLY BULLY has been facing edged out
the professional maiden for second money in last. I like that work tab
on HEZAWARE especially that 5/8's move on 11/11. UNPREDICT PROSPECT
scratched out of the route on Friday to go here the distance may fit
nicely for this first timer check that 7/8's on 11/5 that's awesome.
THIRD RACE
Predictor says: BULLISTIC is only being asked to go six and one-half
after the R & R we saw in Wednesday's feature how these trainers
have them ready. FURIOUS CAT hooked a nice colt in last however these
conditions a little tougher. POPULARIZED had his prep and was beaten
favorite those are nice moves since.
FOURTH RACE
Predictor says: In case I haven't told you before I'm a big Paco fan
and when he runs them their ready that 10/30 move was impressive. PAPA
TO KINZIE is another with a nice string of works and these on home base
that last gate move like a 47 at Santa Anita. I suppose we have to toss
in CARDINALLI if nothing else we have route horse with speed sprinting
fresh.
FIFTH RACE
Predictor says: This race may be tougher then it looks from where I
sit, I could use about seven of these starting with WINENDYNME who has
shown a real liking for the sod. MAMBO SLEW has really been working
well since her maiden score, which I thought, was very impressive and
Smith goes here. VERY VEGAS gets tested today, she's good right now and
as I've said many time when fillies get good they get real good.
SIXTH RACE
Predictor says: HIGH THUNDER was cranked by Baffert and he won like a
good thing only to get haltered by Carava who goes to Smith which I see
as a step in the right direction. Only thing about MAGIC JAKE is the
quick turn-around but he did look good in last, Rider is in Japan.
REMONTE I see as a horse on the improve going long he's lightly raced
so bright future ahead in high claiming ranks.
SEVENTH RACE
Predictor says: I was very upset at myself for overlooking ARDUM
RELAUNCH in her last because she's always been one of my favorites.
Well the buzz around the track after her last was about THEATER R.N.
she's owned by a resident of ours who's father was a huge part of
Washington racing years ago, she just maybe special, we'll see today.
MAKAM prepped in the Bay Area, my best chance play.
EIGHTH RACE
Predictor says: Looks like we may have a single here in SHARPSTER as
trainer tells us he found the right spot.ANZIYAN ROYALTY isn't any
slouch and connections add the hood today. SOMBRIO may have needed his
last, note Smith stays.
NINTH RACE
Predictor says: Tyler Baze picks up the mount on KING ROBYN as Solis is
in Japan, young rider fits this kind very well. APACHE WINGS is a like
one like one like the other. NEEDWOOD BLADE likes to win races, likes
the turf, nice turf move 11/5.
TENTH RACE
Predictor says: CLEVER PLAY buried me last time he was much the best in
his 10/11 effort then to come back and find him on the lead was
unbelievable, so now they draw the fence with speed rider with the drop
he may win anyway. MAMAISON I used a little in last because of the
previous trip, drops back to reality here. SMOKIN JOE B. comes off a
tough group and he's still in the improve mode.
